HISTORY: A small section of Hotaru's clan had moved to Konoha from the sand village. Hotaru prefered to
sit in the shade of a tree or in a small hiding place than train with the others. She would often be found braiding pieces
of grass together into long braids. She would present these braids to anyone she found worthy of them. She was quiet,
even as a child and would often be looked over. Not particularly ignored but just forgotten about. Shortly after
her immediate family had moved, Hotaru and her older sister, Toki, had been out late. Hotaru had done well with
her training and her sister was treating her to a bit of ice cream. When the girls got back to their small home,
they found it had been ransacked by theives and their parents were gone. Toki was distraught. Hotaru merely spoke less than she normally would. Which is to say, she refused to speak. While the girls are not the last members of their clan, they are the only ones in Konoha. To this day, Hotaru prefers the company of nature to that of a human.
